Prof.Dr. Mucahit Taha Ozkaya, a Faculty Member of the Horticulture Department of Agriculture Faculty of Ankara University, will introduce award-winning olive oils produced by the members of the Association of Boutique Olive and Olive Oil Producers to our guests for tasting. At the event where you will explore the tasty journey of olive oil that begins in the branch of an olive tree, the food pairing will be held by Prof. Dr. Fugen Durlu Ozkaya, the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Department of Fine Arts Faculty of Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University.
