We re-arranged our service processes entirely by considering the health of both you and our staff members without making no concession on the Barut service quality, we have been maintaining since the very first day we have set off. As is known, a pandemic was announced on March 11, 2020 by the World Health Organization (WHO), and the measures taken across the globe have been tightened since then. We, as the Barut Hotels, have also updated our present hygiene and health safety procedures due to the COVID-19, and we have completed our preparations by taking the necessary measures together with all of our units serving at our 13 hotels.
The circular letters and recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) are being observed and complied with verbatim at all of the hotels within the organization of our Group. In Turkey, inspections are being conducted by the international inspection organizations as part of the measures taken for the COVID-19. The inspections for the Barut Hotels shall be conducted by TUV SUD, and our services shall be maintained by holding the "Healthy Tourism Certificate", issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
Since the date of our incorporation, we, as the Barut Hotels, have been perfectly fulfilling all of the health and safety-related requirements for our guests in accordance with the international standards. Our hygiene practices are being inspected by the national and international independent organizations monthly on a regular basis, and the certificates are being issued in consequence of such inspections.
